FW: Monday Learning 3

Hope you are doing well. To fight the Monday blues, here is a RealAcad learning.

1. 'Pencil' strategy: Remember the story of the little pencil asking his maker for advice?
A little pencil was just about to be sent to a shop for sale. Afraid of the big world outside, the pencil asked his maker for some advice. His maker smiled at him and said, 'Remember this:
First, whatever you do, try and leave a mark!
Second, you have the ability to always correct the mistakes you make.
Third, what is important is your inside core, not your outside body.
Fourth, from time to time, you will undergo a painful sharpening. Do not resist it for it will make you better.
Lastly, be the best you can be, and allow yourself to be held and guided by the hand that holds you.'
This week, let's try to be like the little pencil.

2.  Real learning starts after we learn to laugh at ourselves:
Fun claim: American space program spent over $10 million to develop a pen that could work in zero gravity. Then they discovered that the Russians were using a pencil!   :)

In the factory we make pencils. In the store we sell the hope of good grades.
